Being physical helps improve every aspect of your state, mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Listen to those people around you with experience, because it’s quicker and easier to build a skyscraper, it you’ve already laid a foundation and steel frame.

You need to always strive for growth and have that greater dream in your vision. But also remember how lucky you already are.
